There are many alternatives to conventional breadcrumbs for breading fish. I love to experiment and tried breading in hemp flour.
For breading I use fillet of flounder or cod. First, I lower the pieces of fish fillet into the egg mixture with salt and pepper, and then I roll in hemp flour. Fry in heated refined rapeseed oil, 5 minutes on each side. This fish goes well with a salad with hemp.
